I had a manuscript consultation with them, and parts of the feedback were definitely helpful, especially around structure and pacing. That said, some of the comments felt a little broad to me, like they could’ve applied to a lot of manuscripts, not just mine. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price, I thought there would be a bit more detail. Their replies were fine, though not especially quick. Overall it was decent, and I did get some useful takeaways, but I’m not sure if anyone else would feel the same or if I just had higher expectations going in

I had my book cover designed by them and overall I’m really happy with it. They actually listened to what I had in mind, and when I asked for a few changes, they handled them quickly. The final cover looks clean and fits the feel of the story well. No big complaints, honestly. I’d probably use them again

They did eventually fix the edits, but I had to keep chasing to get it done. The most frustrating part was that there wasn’t really any human contact, so it felt like I was just sending messages into a system and waiting around.
